Welcome to Moments Eternal. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personalised Products

All of our products are custom-made using the photos, text, and details you provide. Please ensure all information is accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors (e.g., spelling mistakes or low-quality photos) provided by the customer.

2. Order Process

• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
• Customers must email photos and order details to photos@momentseternal.uk
• Changes to an order can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Processing & Delivery

• Production times vary between 3–5 days, depending on the item(s).
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on postal or courier delays beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

4. Returns & Refunds

• As all products are personalised, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Refunds cannot be offered for mistakes caused by customer-provided information.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting photos or text for use, you confirm that you hold the rights to use this content or have obtained permission. Moments Eternal is not liable for any copyright or licensing issues relating to customer-submitted material.

6. Privacy & Data

Your personal information (including photos) will only be used to fulfil your order. We never share or sell customer data to third parties.

7. Liability

Our products are decorative keepsakes and are not intended as toys or for unsupervised use by children. Moments Eternal is not responsible for misuse of products after delivery.
