📦 Processing Times

• Standard processing time: 3–5 days
• Larger orders may take longer — we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

🚚 UK Delivery

• Standard Delivery: 2–5 days after dispatch
• Tracked / Signed Delivery: 1–3 days after dispatch
• All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or trusted couriers.

🌍 International Delivery

At this time, we deliver within the UK only. For international enquiries, please contact us before ordering.

🔎 Order Tracking

• You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
• If you selected a tracked service, tracking details will be included.

⚠️ Delivery Issues

• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses.
