At Moments Eternal, every keepsake is made to order with care and attention. Because our products are personalised and custom printed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Bradley@momentseternal.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note:

Refunds and replacements cannot be offered for errors in photos, spelling or wording provided by the customer.

If you need to amend your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of purchase.
